1.5 Services – All functionalities, features, and experiences available on the SanghaWave platform.
1.6 Subscription Fee – Charges (if any) for accessing premium content or features on the platform.
1.7 Payment Terms – The policies relating to billing, accepted methods, and payment schedules.
1.8 Prohibited Content – Any content that violates laws, platform rules, or is offensive, illegal, or harmful.

2. Account Usage & Responsibilities
2.1 To use SanghaWave, you must register with accurate, current, and complete information.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.2 Engaging in unauthorized access, distribution of malicious software, attempts to disrupt service operation, or violating the rights of others is strictly forbidden.
4. Voice Chat Room Usage Fees
4.1 Access Fee for Voice Chat Rooms
By joining any voice chat room on the SanghaWave platform, you acknowledge and agree that 100 coins will be automatically deducted from your account balance upon entry . This fee is a one-time charge for access to the voice chat room, and no additional fees will be imposed based on the duration of your stay in the room; you may remain in the room for any length of time without further coin deduction.
4.2 Account Balance Requirement
You must maintain a sufficient coin balance in your account to cover the 100-coin access fee at the time of entry. If your balance is insufficient, you will be unable to join the voice chat room until you top up your account to meet the required balance.
5. Features & Additional Services
5.1 SanghaWave may offer premium features, which vary by subscription.
5.2 We may add, modify, or remove services or features without prior notice.
5.3 Any major updates will be communicated via email.
5.4 Please review applicable terms for each feature you access.
6. Account Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
6.2 You may delete your account at any time through platform settings. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Services is strictly prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content, branding, and software on SanghaWave are the property of or licensed to WELLGROWN TECHINNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. User Content & Conduct
8.1 You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display it for platform operations and promotion.
8.2 You agree not to post illegal, harmful, or infringing content, including hate speech, harassment, or explicit material.
8.3 Maintain respectful behavior toward other users and comply with all applicable rules and laws.
